Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. mentionxyz.com gives you a guided, click-by-click checklist to create your own Facebook app and connect your Pages. If you can copy and paste, you can set it up — the build itself takes about fifteen minutes and needs no code.
How long until it is actually live?

mentionxyz.com replies to their comment publicly, sends them a private DM with your message or offer, and then runs any follow-up messages you have scheduled — all automatically, within seconds of the comment.
Can I personalize the messages?
Yes. Drop in tokens like {first_name} and your Page name so every reply and DM reads like you wrote it by hand. You control the public reply, the first DM, and each follow-up.
How do follow-ups work?
You get five timed slots behind every trigger: 15 minutes, 1 hour, 90 minutes, 4 hours, and a final touch at 23 hours. Fill in the ones you want and leave the rest blank. Each sends at its scheduled time so warm leads do not slip away, and the sequence stops if they have already engaged.
Why can I not schedule a follow-up for three days later?
Because Meta does not allow it, and doing it anyway is how Pages get restricted. A Page may message someone freely for 24 hours after they interact with it; promotional messages after that window are against policy. So the last follow-up slot sits at 23 hours by design — there is no option to go past it. It is a deliberate guardrail on your Page, not a missing feature.
Is this allowed by Facebook / Meta?
Yes. mentionxyz.com uses Meta's official tools and the standard messaging permissions your Pages are granted, and every message goes out as a reply to someone who just engaged with your Page — never as a cold broadcast. All five follow-up slots are locked inside the 24-hour response window, and the server blocks any send that would fall outside it. You are always in control of what gets sent.
