The 24-hour rule isn't a limit we work around. It's built in.
Meta lets a Page message someone freely for 24 hours after they interact, and restricts promotional messages after that. Tools that ignore it get Pages restricted. So we didn't make it optional.
Follow-ups can't be scheduled past it
The five slots are fixed at 15 minutes, 1 hour, 90 minutes, 4 hours and 23 hours. There is no "three days later" option to choose, because that's the setting that would get your Page flagged.
The engine refuses late sends
Even if a message somehow queues past the window, the server checks the clock before it sends and blocks it. Your dashboard shows the thread as closed and points you to Messenger instead.
Every message sent is a reply, not a broadcast
Messages go out as replies to someone who just engaged with your Page — the interaction they started is what opens the window.

Do I need my own Facebook app?
Yes, and that's deliberate. You create it inside your own Meta account — we walk you through it step by step — and it stays yours. Your Pages stay connected to you, not to us, so if you ever leave, nothing of yours moves.
What actually happens when a comment lands at 2am?
It's answered in seconds, in public, in your wording. Then the same person gets a private message, and the agent starts asking what you'd ask — what they need, where they are, how to reach them. You wake up to a lead that's already qualified instead of a comment you have to go and find.
Will it sound like a robot?
Your trigger replies, your DMs and your follow-ups go out exactly as you typed them — word for word, no AI involved. The AI only handles questions you haven't already answered, and it answers from the facts you gave it about your business. It will not invent a price, an hour or a service you never told it about.
Who is this not for?
Worth saying plainly, because it saves us both a month:
- Pages that get almost no comments. This turns engagement into leads. If there's nothing coming in, there's nothing here to answer, and we'd rather you kept your $58.
- Anyone selling mainly on Instagram, TikTok or X. This is Facebook Pages and Messenger. That's it.
- Several separate businesses from one account. Every connected Page answers from the same set of business facts — they speak as one business. Running genuinely different companies needs extra setup and costs extra. Talk to us first and we'll quote it before you sign up.
- Set-it-and-never-look-at-it. You have to tell it about your business before it can speak for you. It's only ever as good as what you give it.
Is this allowed by Facebook?
Yes. Everything goes out through your own app on Meta's official API — no scraping, no logging in as you, no automation Meta hasn't published a door for. Their 24-hour messaging window isn't something we work around either: the follow-up schedule is built inside it on purpose.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — it's monthly, with no contract and no notice period. Tokens you've already paid for stay on your account while it's open, but they aren't refundable.
